2006 Shiraz

Displays intense blackberry and plum characteristics balanced with spices, pepper and oak. This wine is very soft and drinking well now.

It recently was awarded bronze medals at both the Australian Small Winemakers Show and the Daylesford Wine Show.

2007 Rosé

Made from Pinot Noir grapes sourced in the southern part of the Bendigo region specifically for the production of a fine dry rose. This wine exhibits a strawberry lolly nose but is very dry on the pallet with a hint of classic pinot noir barn yard characteristics mixed with some strawberry and green apples. Ideal to be served chilled with seafood, poultry or salad.

2007 Madame Butterfly

A sweet Lambrusco style wine made from shiraz and cabernet sauvignon grapes grown in Central Victoria. This wine can be served chilled as a refreshing afternoon (or after anything else) drink or is ideally matched with Asian foods.

2006 Cabernet Shiraz

Made from 50:50 Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz grapes, this wine displays the intense Shiraz character of the vineyard balanced with lifted cassis and blackberry characteristics and some extra tannin from the Cabernet Sauvignon.
