Made from Pinot Noir grapes sourced from the Faraday area. This wine displays rich cherry and some strawberry fruit together with typical varietal earthy dryness and a hint of barnyard character.
This is a very limited release wine that is only available direct from the winery with a limit of three bottles per customer.

2006 Cabernet Shiraz
A 50:50 blend of two of the Bendigo region’s best varieties. The wine starts with some blackcurrant and cassis from the Cabernet then is followed by a mouthful of rich black fruits from the shiraz and is then finished by a nice balance of tannin. A good long palate.

2007 Shiraz
100% Shiraz from the slopes of Mount Alexander. This is an elegant wine exhibiting blackberry, plum and dark cherry characters typical of the wines produced in the granitic sandy slopes of the mount. The fruit is balanced with peppers and light tannins giving the wine good length.
